I have been getting a ton of questions lately about whether I receive products for free and if I get paid... So this blog post will be all about that!
I am going to be honest:
I have received many products for free. Everything from eyeshadows, blushes, foundations, hair products, skin care products and much more.
BUT on my YouTube page where it says "if you're a company interested in me trying your products......." I also write that I reserve the right to NOT review a product or tell my viewers about the product if I don't like it. The companies know that when they send me the products!
I honestly have not showed you, half of what I have recieved just because I don't like it! I want you to rest assure that I will ALWAYS be honest with you and never steer you in the wrong direction to make a buck or two!
Now for the 'getting paid' issue.... NEVER so far! I have never been offered in my whole YouTube experience to be paid. I truly believe that there are a couple (literally 2) of people who feel the need to be paid... which I find ridiculous. I mean, you're already getting products for free! Why do you need to get paid?
I just wanted to let you guys know my philosophy and clear any questions you had because I have been getting a TON of questions about that lately!
I just want to make it clear that I would never try to sell anybody something I don't like for the benefit of me. We all work hard for our money and shouldn't waste it on junk :)
i think its great you did this blog, i mean of coarse i trust your judgment and stuff but because of (people and other issues) people have become concerned with everyone (especially better known gurus like yourself)
ReplyDeletebut i think its good you were honest , i feel the same way as you and if in a similar situation would handle myself( or try) as you do . honesty usually is the best policy thank god you realize that, proving yet again that you are mature beyond your years !
who do u think is getting paid? just because id like to know so that i can keep that in mind when i watch their videos.
